BACKGROUND

PC World is a fully owned Kenyan company, established in August 1995, with a staff of two, office space of 450 square feet and an opening bank balance of $25. The turnover for the first year was $150,000.

Today the company has over 10,000 square feet officce space in a three story building which it acquired in 2006 and an annual turnover in excess of $5 million. We currently employ over 50 professionals.

Our major contributor to our success is our strong focus on customer satisfaction, customer service, providing continuous value addition to all its stakeholders. Our professional approach to management of our business has enabled us to create an impeccable goodwill in the industry & society. Our expertise & experience has made us empathic to the needs and expectations of our growing number of clients in various sectors of the economy in our bid to become one of the leading IT companies in Kenya.

PC World has one of the largest and sophisticated service crew in the industry. Our technical staff have all obtained the appropriate qualication and have more than five years experience which make them masters in their respective fields.
Our fully equipped workshop is ergonomically designed to maximize efficiency whilst reducing clutter, creating a pleasant working atmosphere, which in turn ensures that the quality of service is maintained to the highest level.
